I can totally recommend A&M CAD bathrooms. I received a very good quote and I was really happy with the work. I love my new shower room. The fitters were excellent and did an excellent job. Whenever I had a query or a change to my requirements, it was dealt with in good time. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom. The finish is absolutely amazing and the whole room looks stunning - better than I ever imagined. The fitters were extremely clean and tidy workers, which made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. Everything was done to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. I do have communication difficulties and was quite worried about how this might affect the design process and having people working in my home. However, this was never an issue at all. Everyone was incredibly supportive, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood everything and was completely happy at every stage. I felt listened to, respected, and reassured throughout the whole experience. From start to finish Mick and his team have been amazing. The planning process was seamless as was the standard of work. We were kept up to speed with all that was happening and everything that was planned happened without any fuss. Altlin Xheka and Viron fitted the shower room. They were reliable and trust worthy. We were helped considerably by Ashley and Mick in designing our new bathroom. It’s a small room with a large window, which has always had a bath beneath it. We wanted to get rid of the bath and install as large a shower as possible, plus a loo, basin and towel rail/radiator. We think the final design was a triumph and absolutely love it. Rex the fitter worked tirelessly to make the design a reality, with an eye for detail and careful workmanship. We cannot fault AMCAD and are happy to recommend them.

The team at A&M CAD Bathrooms did a fantastic job refurbishing our downstairs cloakroom. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was managed with utmost professionalism. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail in our new space. Ashley and Mick took the time to understand our needs, creating a cloakroom that is both functional and stylish. I recently had my bathroom renovated, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Altin began work on a Monday and was consistently reliable throughout, accompanied by his colleague Ben. Every day, Altin kept me informed of what was being done and what to expect the following day, which was incredibly reassuring. The process began months earlier with a detailed consultation. Ashleigh and Mick spent nearly four hours with us, offering an unmatched level of service. We were unsure about using tiles due to grout concerns and were leaning toward PVC panels - they walked us through all the available options with great care. The digital mock-up they provided looked so realistic, we were sold on the spot. In fact, I was so impressed I recommended them to two other people, both of whom have since had their bathrooms renovated as well. We scheduled the work for July to align with the school holidays and minimize disruption. Even with the busy season, they honored our booking without issue - our deposit had secured everything. From start to finish, the service was excellent. If I could share a video of the transformation, I would - it was genuinely amazing. Huge thanks to Altin, Ben, Ashleigh, and Mick. Michael and Ashley had great enthusiasm as soon as they came to our home on first meeting. They were professional, friendly and helpful in designing the job of converting our shower room and separate toilet into one wet-room. They kept both my needs as a wheelchair user and my partners needs in mind. They created an amazing 3D design and then added in all the fixtures, fittings, wall panels and vinyl flooring. Also keeping in mind the size of my chair and ability to fully use the wet-room. Greg was our main fitter, his work with Adrian and Sergey was exceptional. They went above and beyond to create the room we were expecting. They tidied up thoroughly each day and made sure we were happy with everything. Greg was hard working, professional, kind and a pleasure to have in our home. We were very comfortable with him here. Despite unforeseen circumstances from the fitter, he still delivered within the time-frame to the highest quality of work and even worked weekends to make up for missed time, which we greatly appreciated. We had two phone calls from Ashley as work was being done to check we were okay with everything that was going on. Unfortunately the cabinet we requested hadn’t actually been ordered and although we got a better price on it as it wasn’t our mistake, it was an added cost to what our invoice first came to. We also noticed, once we were asked by the fitted, that the grab rails weren’t the ones we had asked for meaning the wrong ones had been ordered by A&M CAD. We asked for straight ones to go with out pull down rail but this were S shaped spa rails. However, we weren’t bothered by this as while we were working on placement of the rails, we realised they we easier for me to grab as they have a bend in them and were placed in just the right height. We would like to mention the only thing we found could have been better was communication. There was a lack of communication from A&M CAD in keeping us informed when the unforeseen circumstances were at play and we were totally unaware on a couple of occasions that no-one was coming to continue work on those days. We’ve also noticed bubbles in our vinyl flooring and have made three attempts to contact A&M CAD to see if this can be sorted and, if not, why it happened. It’s not causing any issues we just wanted to know more about it. We were told they would be contacting the flooring fitters and get back to us. We waited seven days to hear back before sending a message to chase it up and have waited a further seven days before contacting them again as we have still had no replies. The good far outweighs the little concerns we have regarding communication, that’s just something to work on, as we now have a fully working, designed exactly to our liking and needs, wet-room. We’re very grateful to A&M CAD and the workman for creating this space for us. Personally for me, as the person with the disability, I am so happy and relieved to have my independence back and finally have a safe, comfortable and relaxing wet-room.Moreexpand_more

We had a complete refurb of our downstairs cloakroom and bathroom. It was completely remodelled. We could not happier with the design and all of the products are a of a very good quality. Definitely recommend this company as the quality and design is top notch so thanks to both Mick and Ashley. Also a big thank you to the fitters Altin and his team who went above and beyond. Thanks .

Mick and Ashley designed our En suite, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom using their software which enabled us to get a good idea what the rooms would look like making suggestions which we hadn’t thought about. The work was carried out by Altin and Veron who turned up at the agreed time. They covered the carpets and tidied up keeping mess to a minimum. We are extremely pleased with the work carried out and Mick has followed upto ensure we are happy a small snag was was rectified promptly. Overall we are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend A&M.

They showed us what our bathroom would look like then and there, even coming up with an idea we have never even thought of or considered. We have recently moved in to an older home and the bathroom was hideously out of date. We received an absolutely first class service from Mick and his team. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and we highly recommend them.

Following a serious leak behind the tiles in our bathroom, Mick at A&M CAD Bathrooms identified the problem and knew exactly how to resolve it. Rex, his bathroom fitter, stripped out all the tiles and damaged plaster work, then repaired the wall and installed White Quartz wall panels to complete the job. He also replaced our shower tray and panels. Rex and his colleague were very clean, tidy and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Mick as he was always on hand to ensure that we were happy with the work being done.

Mick is very professional and gives a high level of customer care. My bathroom was installed by Viron who is a work machine and takes a great pride in his work. I highly recommend A&MCAD Bathrooms.
