ALWOODLEY MATHS TUTORING (est. 1977).

I am a well established maths tutor in North Leeds. I am a qualified Maths teacher.

With 22 and a half years classroom experience, I offer lessons tailored to the individual's needs. I prepare my students for SATS, entrance tests and G. C. S. E.

I am a patient teacher. I try to relate my lessons to everyday life situations. My philosophy is that the pupils must enjoy the challenges posed. Pictorial representations are used as much as possible to help their understanding of certain concepts such as fractions.

With regard to entrance exams and GCSE grade 6 and above, I have a 96 % pass rate overall.

I operate from my home. I do not travel.
I hold a DBS check.
My special offer in August and September is that if 2 lessons are booked then the second lesson is free.
