I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned on the 13th August and advised that my dress would be ready on the 14th September. I called in to collect my dress on the 17th September 2016 and was initially advised that my dress wasn't quite ready as they were still trying to clean the bottom of it. I then advised the lady that the dress she was showing me wasn't my dress. My dress was then located and I was told that it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was no reason for this. One lady was apologetic, the other didn't appear to care and gave s poor excuse that they had been short of staff. If this was the case then why didn't they contact me? ! ? Very very poor service. I have taken my dress away for someone else to clean.
