Granthams ORIGINAL Motorcycle Training School EST 1994 I always get asked the same questions, usually the price and always how long will it take me.
Here at Alpha we realise that everyone is different and therefore we offer a variation of courses suitable for complete beginners and those of you that have ridden before, in order to match you with the right course to enable you to pass your test the first time and with a high level of competence allowing you to buy, safely ride and enjoy the bike of your dreams.

We offer FREE RIDING ASSESMENTS, the spaces are limited so they do need to be pre booked, they are usually on a SAT morning and take about an hour and half. We let you ride on of our motorcycles on the off road training area, with the help of one of our instructors, have a quick look at your current skills and recommend a course in an amount of days. We only offer INTENSIVE courses not hourly lessons, after nearly twenty five yrs in this business we have found that this is the best way to train. Back at Alpha HQ we explain the course, content and whats included and also the price.

The price will inc, tuition, from the same instructor throughout your course, which is great for continuity, a Training Guide for home study with lots of useful information, the CBT course if you need it and a practise session on the MMA this is the actual DVSA testing area where you take your MOD 1 off road slow manoeuvres test, plus ALL the practical tests are pre booked so there’s no waiting around for appointments after training courses. MOD Two Tests are taken around Grantham where we train.
