Allan Charles

Following a fire at my parents house, some of their phone line components has melted, leaving us with some disconnected phone cables hanging out of walls. Allan came in to investigate, then connect the correct cables to liven up the phone socket. Allan was available at short notice, arrived on time, did a great job, including having to deal with my elderly father. No problems recommending ARC.

The job was completed yesterday (24/03/17) by Mr. Allan Charles from ARC Consulting Technology Ltd. We are impressed by his fast response to accommodate our request for the same day attendance. Allan was very prompt and lovely to deal with. He is obviously very capable. He could not completely sort my problem out because it lay with the isp but we are able to get to the point where the isp would take responsibility for sorting it.

I sought an electrician on line and ARC was the first one to contact me. The advice given on the telephone - without the need of a visit - was spot on and I was able to fix my problem myself at a cost of £3. 50. The company could easily have visited me but considered this to be unnecessary - so saving me the cost of a call out fee. I think that in today's world that is exemplary service and I would thoroughly recommend this company to anybody with a problem.

The service provided was efficient, quick and professional. The engineer had to connect a master socket to the rest of a wired apartment. This should have been an easy task, but there were some complications (faulty socket) on the way. He solved these issues, replaced the socket and put the whole system up at no extra charge than what we had agreed. All of this on a Saturday afternoon. I would most certainly recommend this service to any South Londonders that need it!

The engineer arrived on time and provided an excellent service. He replaced existing phone sockets (which were ancient and troublesome) with new up to date sockets and line. He was very polite, friendly and most importantly efficient - all lines are now fully functional. Result - happy customer! Thankyou ARC.

Allan moved the telephone box from underneath my window sill to a more discreet place nearby. He also put a socket in the living room for the Sky connection instead of the dangling cable I had. Both jobs were done to my entire satisfaction.

Allan's a very nice guy and did a good job. Our land line has been out of action for nearly 3 months and Talk Talk engineers have been useless. Allan fixed the fault on our internal wiring in an hour and a half. He worked neatly and was easy to have around. I thoroughly recommend him.
