Chris was the first person I felt carried out an effective survey of our troublesome wall rendering and put forward a proposal and solutions that we believed with would resolve our problem. Chris appointed Avant Coatings to carry out the work. Once the old rendering had been removed there had to be some adjustment to the specification due to the wall condition. The work was carried out successfully by Avant Coatings and we are delighted with the finished product.

We are so pleased we found All4Walls and Chris. From the moment he arrived, we were so impressed with his manner, professionalism, expertise and knowledge. Our 1800s cottage needed major external renovation and to be completely rendered with lime products compatible with the age of the property so the walls could breathe again. Karl, Lee, Mick and Alfie completed the work with care and pride - cleaning up as they went along. We are so thrilled to have our beautiful house back and so many people have commented on the transformation. Thank you so much. We thoroughly recommend.

Many thanks to the team for rescuing my house, stripping down and stitching together my fragile Georgian brickwork, and transforming it from a crumbling edifice to a work of art in a little over 2 weeks. Chris, for his immediate appreciation of what needed doing, his knowledge of the appropriate materials and techniques, and for his communication skills. Karl, for managing the work under the challenges of lockdown and storms, for explaiining what they were doing at each stage of the process, and for hand-crafting the restored mouldings while working right at the top of the scaffolding. Lee and Jack for their precise and careful work, for being cheerful, helpful and generally good company, and especially for their amazing clean-up at the end of every day. .

I met with Chris for the first time yesterday and I have to give him a full five stars for friendly, expert advice for our stone wall cottage. He very much took the time to understand our house and its issues and has proposed several solutions that I am now in the process of implementing. Can’t say anything about workmanship since this was just an initial survey but if this is an example of their whole approach then I commend them! Thank you so much for actually listening! Chris and the team took on quite a challenge with our Georgian home, removing the concrete / pebble dashed render that was causing damp issues and generally ruining the appearance of the property.  They were sympathetic to the originality of the brickwork, preserving as many Georgian features as possible. Chris and Karl worked closely with other contractors (builders, joiners and building surveyors) to reduce disruption where possible and deliver the "perfect finish" as quickly as possible. The team were extremely polite and I was very impressed with the way they left the area at the end of every working day. I would strongly recommend All4Walls for your project if you're looking for quality work where there could be unforeseen "challenges" along the way. Brilliant, thanks again Chris! .

Karl, Chris, Avant and Co. Did an amazing job on our 19th century 5 bed stone farm house; lime rendered 15mm with a 5mm finish coat of Parex G00 colour through. Chris from All4Walls came out twice to go over the spec and give detailed advice on the correct way forward. This was pivotal as a previous owner had rendered the house in 20mm cement causing damp and sulphate attack. Karl and his team came and did the job to perfection following Chris' specifications. They even changed our damaged air bricks with cast iron ones free of charge. I would recommend Chris Beaumont to anyone with a big job that requires detailed historical knowledge and knowhow. It was all-round a pleasure to do business with him and Avant. The house looks amazing. Thank you Chris.

I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough! From the survey to the completed work every stage was carried out with extensive advice and exceptional workmanship. Even neighbours and other villagers have commented on their work and work ethic. I’m so pleased with how my cottage looks, it looks like a cottage again!

I live in a nineteenth century brick built Wesleyan chapel. It was converted in the 1950's and a cement render put on the outer walls. The cement render was mostly covered in Virginia creeper. Last year I decided to do something more than a coat of paint. Chris gave me excellent advice. Right away I was impressed by Chris's interest in the history of the building. He did a thorough survey and explained which materials would be most suitable. He listened to my wishes to have a coating sympathetic to the age of the building. We chose rounded corners and a rough cast coating which was exactly in keeping with the old property. Chris gave me ample opportunity to look at examples of properties that had already been treated in this way. The job was a big undertaking. The scaffolding went up, a skip arrived and Karl and his team worked very hard. The long hot summer of 2018 was to our advantage. There was a lot of dust and debris but Karl ensured all windows and doors were adequately masked. The clean up afterwards was excellent. Now random people drive past my house and comment on the great improvement. I'm also convinced that the house is a lot warmer due to the insulation Chris advised on (attracting only 5% vat due to a government incentive). Throughout the project Chris kept a close eye on things and was always on hand to address any of my concerns. Thank you Chris, Karl and the team for an excellent job.Moreexpand_more

Surveyor knowledgeable and thorough. Provided options, all of which were explained clearly. Didn't push the most expensive option either. Colour matching was helpful. Follow up was prompt. Workmen proficient, friendly, helpful and hardworking. They took painstaking care with all the masking of windows, gutters, pipes and all other vulnerable surfaces. Moved all my flowerpots and garden furniture, and even the log store (and didn't complain about doing it either). Communication could be improved though; had to chase to get work done, and on a couple of days when expected workmen didn't show up, I was not contacted and no explanation given to me (even though it was for the very good reason that they can't work in sub-zero or wet conditions). All in all, All4Walls was a good choice for me.Moreexpand_more

The trustees at Merton Hall were very pleased with the finished building it looks bright and clean. As the project manager for this project, contacting the men doing the work. I have no complaints at all. They were most helpful and did a very good job. Sorry I don’t have a picture as yet, but will try to add one later. Chris and the team were great from our first consultation. Members of the public notice we are in the village now and we have had lots of very favourable comments. We have gone from drab to brilliant.

We were conned by a wall coating company many years ago. I have been in contact with Chris for about 3 years before proceeding with the work this August. When we met him, it became obvious that he knows what he was talking about and that he cared about what he could do and the end result. Chris and his team are very professional. They removed the old wall coating from the front and side of the house and replaced it with brick cladding. They cleaned the wall coating around the back and re-painted in white and also did all the window sills. The house looks amazing now - I have included a photo of the front brick cladding. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

Really great experience with the full service. 1. Very knowledgeable with a through site survey offering sensible and affordable options to do the job right from the outset. 2. Well priced quote, listened to what I wanted but gave suggestion to make the job even better. 3. Delivered well with a skilled and friendly team. Chris was a great help in setting up our painting contract, stayed with it throughout, I am very pleased with the finished job workforce were nice guys and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Total professionalism from the whole team and a pleasure to have All 4 Walls and Avant on-site to complete the work. Chris (All 4 Walls) answered our initial query and arranged a survey as we wanted the York Stone cladding to the front elevation and garage complimented with the stone quions as the existing brickwork was dis-coloured in places and not totally identical due to an extension to the original property. Chris’s recommendations were very honest and informative and really helped us to understand what we wanted and agree a specification that he quickly put to paper so there was total transparency. Chris even managed to arrange the preparatory building work that were required before Avant could come to site. Perfect as I didn’t want to trawl around builders and I wanted a company who could complete all works start to finish and Chris arranged this perfectly. Chris then handed over to Avant to complete the specified works. The standard of workmanship delivered by Avant was as promised and I cannot recommend All 4 Wall and Avant enough. The finish we have ended up is fantastic and just what we were aiming for.

All 4 Walls have recently removed stone cladding from my house, restored the original sandstone, re-pointed the stone and pained all external window sills. The work is done to an exceptionally high standard, the team were polite and reliable. They really are experts at what they do- highly recommended!
