Fantastically prompt and on time service, made an enquiry on Friday and he came on Monday. Very friendly and knowledgable plumber: goes the extra mile in explaining his process and for more robust solutions. Replaced a faulty thermostat for the boiler and fixed a leaking toilet perfectly. Will call again.

My daughter moved into a flat in Manchester and found that she was running out of hot water. Bryan was recommended to me and I am glad that he was. He visited promptly, conducted tests and provided me with a full report within an hour of completing his visit. Having explained the options, I chose to have the water heater replaced. This was done within three working days, basically the time taken to order and receive the boiler. Bryan kept me updated throughout. I was very happy with the price and his workmanship is first class. He clearly takes pride in his work and in providing a first class service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bryan.

Bryan responded to my call very promptly. After discussing in detail the work we required, which involved replacing toilet syphons and valves, he arranged to complete the work early the following day. He arrived on time, worked quickly, completing each job, ensuring he left each toilet clean and tidy. The work was finished in under two hours. Both my wife and I were impressed with the professional approach and attitude he showed and the reasonable price he charged. Would definitely use him again.

A super guy, did everything required and much more. There were one or two issues which I had not realised that he took care of with no added cost. Appreciated this as he did what was necessary even though it had not been specified and he didn't need to bring it to my attention. Really liked the before during and after photo's that he took. Kept informed at every stage and would thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

We had problems with leaking pipes under bath and outside waste pipes. Brian was very quick to respond and fixed the problems. He also re-sealed the bath, fitted new taps and fitted a new kitchen sink. His work is fantastic and his prices are very good. He came and looked at the job and then he gave a price which he stuck to. He is very friendly and our dog loved him.

Came Same day as I phoned. Needed repair to very old mains stopcock. Brian advised we had a Surestop Stopcock with remote switch fitted in a more convenient position. Explained in detail the work needed, time it would take and the cost. Work completed to-day exactly as arranged. He didn't stop from the moment he walked in, cleaned and cleared up , a very hardworking ,experienced plumber. I have no hesitation in recommending him, you won't be disappointed.

Needed a leak fixing on my toilet, I contacted Bryan and explained the problem. We arranged a time and he was there as promised. The work was carried out promptly with no mess. Bryan was very polite and explained everything that he was doing. I now have a brand new toilet as advised at no great expense. Would highly recommend and will be using again. Thank you.

Needed a quick call out for a slow filling loo as I had visitors arriving the next day and I could hardly ask them to wait 20 mins between each flush! . Jobs such as these are Bryan's forte as he can repond to urgent repairs and I received next day service. The fixed price list emailed to me was excellent - transparent, fair charging. Arrived on time, used shoe protectors, cleaned up, did an efficient job, and explained what he was doing, demonstrating he knew his stuff. Happy to have found an excellent plumber. Highly recommended.

Bryan replaced two old radiators along with the valves on both ends. The work also included having to cut back and reroute some piping. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his trade and I will definitely be calling on his services again.

I was searching for a Plumber to supply and fit an outside tap. Bryan answered my advert and phoned me. He and I spoke on the phone and I described what I required doing. We arranged a date and time and sure enough Bryan arrived on time. He looked at the job and said that shoudn't present a problem and commenced the fitting. It didn't take him long and he showed me what he was doing at various stages and where the stop tap was. The finished job was done to a high and professional standard. We all take chances when employing someone from a website and not recommended by word of mouth. We hear stories about being ripped off and are naturally wary, particularly if, like me, you're a pensioner with little understanding of the solution to the problem you're asking them to fix. So it was an absolute delight to find Bryan. He replied to my email on the same day, spoke to me on the telephone, arranged a day and time and rang when he was on his way. Explained the problem with my 'leaky loo', gave me a fixed price before starting the job and I no longer have a leaky loo! I would absolutely recommend him.

I am a critical person and very rarely write a review but Bryan's service is exceptional. My flat had major water leakage into two floors downstairs overnight and all parties involved were desperate. I called around early in the morning, no one would commit or/and charge a high fee. Bryan had a few jobs and busy the whole day when I rang him but he said 'this is an emergency situation, the problem needs to be resolved today' and he squeezed time to fit the job in. Photos were taken, problems resolved, and invoice was sent - only a normal basic call out rate. If you want a reliable and honest plumber, I would certainly recommend Bryan.

Even though I emailed Bryan quite late at night I got a response from him immediately and after discussing the problem he agreed to come the next morning. Bryan turned up on time and replaced 2 thermostats on my hot water cylinder and ii now have hot water again. Bryan did a very professional job and charged a very reasonable price.
