Mark has cleaned and sealed my patio for a number of years now. This year he did the grouting, too. He does a fantastic job. He always arrives when he says he will arrive, is very nice indeed to have around, he's very trustworthy and does the job to perfection. I would never use anybody else while Mark is able to do it. A very professional, friendly and helpful company. After enquiring about getting my patio cleaned and sealed in December, Mark contacted me again at the beginning of March as agreed to arrange a date. He arrived at the agreed time to pressure wash the patio and returned a couple of days later when the patio had dried out to seal it. He always responded very quickly when I sent him messages via WhatsApp and was always very happy to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. Needless to say he has done an amazing job and I will be contacting him again next year to ask him to help me out again.

I asked for my patio to be resealed; I got a quote from Mark the MD at 10. 00 per square metre so I went ahead. A guy came to the house and cleaned the patio, they couldn't do the reseal due to the weather. Then it went downhill from here, I got an email out of the blue asking for the payment for the clean a £170. 40 which was very expensive in my opinion and because my husband wanted to pay in full when the job was completed I was threatened with the terms and conditions that I had to pay the £170. 40 or I would incur £100 charge and then £27. 00 per week after then. Please be aware of this guy Mark he seemed very nice over the phone when he quoted me for the job but don't trust him.
Response : Now the truth - Karen from Salisbury employed our services to have an imprinted patio cleaned and sealed. We cleaned it just over a week ago and much to the delight of the customer saying how nice it looked. The following day it couldn't be sealed due to weather so Karen sent a text (can be viewed online with her other rude text's) saying were having a party so please can we leave it for two weeks. We agreed so as it was month end we asked polity (email for verification if required) for the price of the wash for over 60 square metres including, fuel and 45 miles of travelling time for yes £170. 40 which includes vat so the governments not my money. All this was carried out to a high standard as all our reviews back up but some customers cannot view simple instructions and also don't like to pay bills. Our T&C were emailed on the invoice stating payment can be taken for work to date. As for trust we are a well known and trusted company who pay their bills unlike Karen Elder. Now we will be issuing legal proceedings against her as the texts were and can be viewed again online were abusive and threatening.Moreexpand_more
