This appears to be an alias (same address, phone and staff) for Parkair-UK. 12 April 2022. Was promised "whisper quiet" operation for my residential installation, but the air conditioner they installed is by far the noisiest one I've ever encountered. No-one in my household can sleep while the unit is on, and these guys refused to fix it even within the first 12 months of their own warranty. UPDATE: 3 November 2023. Court hearing awarded me 30% refund of the original purchase price + court fees for these guys breaching consumer rights in refusing to rectify under warranty unacceptable noise levels caused by "Aspen mini blue silent pump" that was in fact much noisier than other alternatives available. .
