We have used Nadeem for 6 years now and in that time he has sorted out our temperamental boiler on many occasions. Most recently he has fitted a new expansion cylinder and a new computerised thermostat for our system. We cannot recommend Nadeem highly enough. He is reliable, efficient and helpful. Central-heating systems break down at inconvenient times: Nadeem always responds to messages: he will do what he can at unsocial times and always comes quickly and when he says he will. He talks you through various alternatives and does not try to "sell" you expensive solutions, and he is delightful to deal with. We are glad to say that he now looks after our son-in-law and daughter's boiler as well. You will be in good hands if you go to Nadeem and Alinsons!

Nadeem has done an absolutely excellent job for me fixing problems that I've had with my boiler and underfloor heating system. I'd had a number of people look at it before including british gas and the problems continued, Nadeem finally sorted it out and I wish I'd found him before! He really knows his stuff, gives extremely good advice on how to optimally maintain the system, and he's also a super nice and easy guy to deal with!

Anyhow, we had a problem at home with our boiler (typical - just at the beginning of winter! ) and I thought I'd give Nadeem a quick call. Very helpful and knowledgeable - he actually helped me try to diagnose it over the phone (unlike other engineers), but unfortunately it wasn't as straightforward as when Nadeem arrived, he found that the circuit-board in our boiler had failed. Surprisingly, a replacement arrived the next working day and was fitted within an hour of me ringing Nadeem to let him know the part had arrived. Very pleased with the speedy service, and would happily recommend him to others. And it feels great knowing that I have a local, knowledgeable, well-experienced boiler engineer who is always more than happy to help!

My boiler kept cutting out when we were using the shower, Nadeem came and identified there was circulation issue, eliminated the boiler and said there is debris in the system that is causing the boiler to overheat and cut-out. He booked us in to flush the system and spent a very long day flushing each radiator and also removing the parts in the boiler to clean them also. My radiators have never been so hot and my hot water works are treat!

Nadeem has helped me out on a number of occasions over the last year, but his knowledge of boilers and underfloor heating is second to none. On my next project I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

When I called someone to fix my heating they said it was the boiler but they're not Gas Safe. When I called a Gas Safe engineer he said it is problem with the underfloor heating and I needed a UFH guy. I was fed up and I saw this advert, Nadeem is one of the few Gas Safe engineers who can deal with boilers and underfloor heating problems to resolve the matter. So I gave him a try, he came he looked and found the UFH wiring centre needed replacing told me how much it would cost, I ordered the part he came and changed and also found a thermostat also needed replacing which he did at no extra charge. Really happy and have a peace of mind that I can find a local guy who is knowledgeable, reliable and in my opinion trustworthy.
