Matt and Rebeca are qualified therapists using a range of techniques including coaching, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, CBP (Cognitive Behavioural Psychology), RCP (Rapid Cognitive Processing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). They combine these approaches with their unique insights and personal experience to support their clients to reach the point of CLARITY on their relationship situation.
