Very poor we bought / ordered 5 3. 5 meter zips and got 1 very long zip , poor quality . £76 pounds. We spoke to them having called and got no answer . Left messages to contact us. Eventually we did get through , man was a bit rude, no customer service skills. Did not offer to put things right. Do they want business it would seem not . Poor company this one.
Response : ZIPYARD. A competing company purchase, our zip is probably the best in the UK. Wanted free zip stops which were also listed in our store. We supplied the zip in a length so they could cut to their preferred size. Gerald Phillips I replied to every email you and your staff left me. Demanding free items.

DO NOT buy anything online from this company. I did and had to return it with proof of postage as requested but they refused to refund it saying they did not receive the item. So much for Royal Mail proof of postage… An unpleasant company to deal with.
Response : We always encourage customers to send items through the signed for process. We too have a lot of cheap items go missing. So can understand your feelings. It is the Royal Mail you should be taking a pop at, not us, if we dont receive an item back, we dont refund.
