We called Avan in a real panic as the burglar alarm on our rental property was going off following a powercut. We had no idea what to do. It was after office hours but Avan agreed to visit the property as soon as he practically could. He was there within the hour and disabled and disarmed the alarm- which we had been told was disarmed anyway! He quickly rescued what could have been a very difficult situation and really helped us out. Avan's cost for the late call out was reasonable and we would really recommend him and his work to anyone.

I called Avan out on a Sunday Morning as my husband had just accidentally drilled through a junction box which took all the electrics down in the house, he was with us within the hour and had everything up and running and cleared up within a couple of hours, considering it was an out of hours call out his rates where very good and I would have no hesitation in reccomending him at all. .
