With a team that includes over 20 friendly instructors, with a variety of backgrounds between them including paramedics, lifeguards, fire fighters, teachers, registered nurses and the armed forces. Ajuda Limited has an expanding workforce, qualified in all aspects of health and safety training.

The company delivers a range of high quality accredited Health and Safety related courses, such as First Aid at Work, Food Hygiene, Fire Marshall, Manual Handling and more that are recognised throughout the UK and are just right for business use in any industry, the product range includes all aspects of Health and Safety related training. The courses are available at our training centre in Cardiff Bay or on site at your own premises.

Ajuda Ltd has a large client base in and around the South West, including Cardiff Council, Welsh Assembly Government, South Wales Police, local restaurants, schools, GP practices, local charities such as Cancer Research UK, Ty Hafen are to name a few.

The company is managed by Dawn Evans who has been working in the First Aid Training business for many years. Having previously worked for cardiff council, Dawn Evans is adequately trained to oversee the company.
