AJ's Domestic Appliance Repairs

After my telephone call Alan came the next day to repair my tumble dryer. Having inspected it he told me how much the various parts would cost to repair it and suggested it would be more economical to replace it. I respected his honesty and his low call out charge. He was very professional and thorough and will cetainly recommend him and ring him when I have another electrical item that needs repairing. Thank you Alan.

Fantastic friendly service! I rang AJ's after trying two or three other 'local' companies (who were anything but) and having been quoted £199 plus vat before they had even established what the problem was. Alan was actually local (Haddenham) and when I described the fault with our appliance he suggested we try a method to see if we could correct it ourselves before he came out to see it. He also explained his prices which were significantly more sensible than the others and much nearer what I was expecting. We followed his advice and sure enough our appliance corrected itself and is now functioning correctly. What a star! He may not have made any money from us this time, but if anything else goes wrong, his is the first number we will call and we will also recommend him to all our friends. So unusual to receive such helpful, unselfish service these days. Thank you Alan.
