My tower PC had experienced increasingly poor performance. I called the guys in Woodham and they advised they were still offering a 'social distancing compliant' service. I dropped PC, they diagnosed issues within 3 hours and offered me a range of solutions. The work was completed by the end of the day. So in the course of just one day I made initial contact with a fairly unusable PC, and had a very performant PC returned, at a reasonable cost, by a very courteous and pleasant engineer, Greg. Thanks guys - great to have such a company locally.

I cannot thank these guys enough. My daughters laptop needed a repair and we are currently sheilding as a household as one of us are extremely vulnerable. Me and my wife have used Ahead4 for several years. The service has always been exceptional and all the staff are very knowledgeable. The cost has always been extremely good value for money and the service first class. More recently we both had a problem with our home printer and the work was carried out remotely by Ahead4 it was absolutely first class. We cannot praise them enough for keeping our computers going without any loss of business.

I have used the services of Ahead4 on a number of occasions for advice and the repairs of mine and my family’s computers, ever since they opened in Hullbridge Road. I have found Richard and his staff to be very helpful and have explained the problems with the computers not in the ‘computer jargon terms’ but at my level of understanding computers. I was in the shop on one occasion late afternoon on a Saturday buying some toner cartridges, when I overheard a call from an elderly customer who was having trouble connecting to the internet, so off with no hesitation went Richard to rectify the problem to the ladies home. The most recent project that I asked Ahead4 to do for me was the printing of a 10 foot long 'Celebration Banner' for one of my families birthday party, which involved uploading several photographs and selected appropriate wording, we where very pleased with the result and will be keep as a memento of the occasion. I contacted Ahead4 as we were in desperate need of help with our server that had crashed overnight sue to a power cut and the company we currently use were shut! Thankfully Ahead 4 were open on the saturday. They knew nothing about the way our computers worked or how anything was laid out, they had never been to our offices but Richard was absolutely amazing and found the source of the problem and fixed it! I couldnt believe it, it was absolutely amazing! I would recommend Ahead4 to absolutely anyone who needs assistance in any computing aspect. I have used Ahead4 on two occasions recently. I purchased a printer from them, which they installed at home, giving me very helpful advice on the printer and other computer software and also explained the basic operating instructions for printing pictures from my new camera. Today they came along to my home at short notice to sort out a problem that I had with my wireless connection. On both occasions I been very impressed with their service, which is efficient and speedy but also completed in a very friendly manner. I would highly recommend them.
