I attended this bootcamp a few years ago and unfortunately found the experience disappointing. Sally Lawson, who led the training, came across more like a school headteacher than an inspiring industry leader. Rather than motivating me to start a letting agency, the content made the industry feel hollow and scripted. The training lacked depth and felt more like a series of rehearsed speeches than practical, hands-on guidance. Many of the examples and figures presented seemed exaggerated or disconnected from reality. It was difficult to take any of it seriously. What’s worse is the persistent marketing that followed. Once they have your contact details, expect daily spam emails and texts – and good luck trying to unsubscribe. It’s relentless. Outstanding course contents and coaching once again.

Sally and the AR team have helped transform our business over the nearly 3 years we've been a member of the ARX program. Starting with 'the bootcamp' the core AR ideas are transformational and we saw immediate changes to our business and profitability. Unbelievable value. I have been running successful agencies for over 20 years, but the AR offering and in particular the Bootcamp absolutely revolutionised my businesses. You will leave the Bootcamp with strategies and ideas that (provided you put the work in after the event) will change your mindset and take your business to another level.
