Great course! First aid training for me in the past has been quite boring but there wasn't a boring moment in the class with Adam teaching! He was very informative and had a sense of humour as well. Highly recommend? .

Amazing training by Adam and the team, really easy to understand and makes it simple for those like us who do not know about first aid. They have all the equipment needed to explain and demonstrate each part of the course and also include areas of first aid which would not be covered in your average St John's course. All round top quality and great value for money.

Adam was extremely good at teaching the first aid to all the abilities ensuring that they all understood. A very informative and enjoyable course and I have no hesitation in using AEM Training and Consultancy again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed the First Aid Training course instructed by Adam yesterday here at Rugby Electronics. Three of us on the course, we covered Management of the Unconscious, Heart Attack and Angina, Seizures, Choking, Burns, CPR just to name a few. The descriptive, relaxed and light hearted way in which we received our training was fantastic, I personally came away feeling very knowledgeable on the subject and quite happily relayed what I had learnt to my partner that evening. My medical event company ordered custom made ID Cards from Adam, fast turnaround and the quality was great, will order more and more as we take on new staff.

We used AEM for a group training session for our new home carer staff. Very happy with the training materials and staff feedback was excellent. We also purchased over 200 staff id badges from AEM and they are excellent quality and value.

The course that was taught was refreshing not like any other course that has been supplied before. Full of information, attention to detail and amazing value for money that I couldn't find anywhere else.

We are very happy with the service we received from Adam at AEM Training. We were let down by our usual trainer from another company, 2 hours before the course was due to start and we had a course of 12 new starters arriving and without their training course they could not have started work, they would have lost wages and we would have been right in the lurch. After finding AEM Training on here we called and Adam arrived 20 minutes before the course was due to start, not bad for 50 miles away! We won't ask how he did it lol. The next three days ran very smooth and my business partner sat in on some of the training as we hadn't used AEM before, we both sat through day two and even we picked up a few things. The course was very engaging and kept the interest of 12 people throughout the day. The real difference is Adam's use of visual aids mixed with hands on, interactive learning, along with his experience in the field and as a confident trainer, its a good mix. We are so happy with AEM we have decided to use them as a regular bi-monthly slot. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We have been using AEM Training for around 6 months now after finding them on here, We really cant fault them, they are punctual, knowledgeable and presentable. Adam has been doing our induction training for our domicilliary care workers and the feedback has been excellent. We have noticed a significant improvement in the staff when they have been going out to work compared to the previous training company we used. The existing staff that have been starting with the new staff have also commented on the better knowledge that the new staff are coming out with. We will be using AEM for the considerable future and have no plans to change our training provder from AEM and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

All members of staff enjoyed the methods used throughtout the training. Enthusiastic course leader made the day more enjoyable. Would recommend to others.

This company is used by my works and we all had a great day learning. We learnt really simple ways of doing things which is great because we have so much other stuff to remember for our job as well it needs to be kept to the point.

Great course, lots of fun and surprisingly interesting, I normally have a very short attention span, but this course was very good and kept me focused.

I completed first aid food safety safeguarding and other core training in june for the week I've got to say it was the best training I have ever had in the 18 years I have worked with my company very thorough and great trainer would recommend adam to any company with no hesitation.
