This is the second time we have used Advanced Removals and can honestly say they made the process of moving as stress free as possible. Excellent service both in the office and by two different crews as we moved from house to storage and then back again. Our items were carefully stored and redelivered by helpful, courteous and professional teams. A credit to the industry. We don’t plan on moving again, but would unreservedly recommend.

Roy and Neil moved me to my new home and were fantastic. Colin came to do the quote and was able to assist me by agreeing to going to an additional address to pick something up. Roy and Neil were efficient and friendly, I do t think my packing was the best but they were great. Roy also helped with disconnecting my washing machine as I had no clue! They put everything in the right rooms and just got on with everything while I started unpacking boxes! They were amazing and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier! THANK YOU.

Outstanding service from initial contact, juggling availability in the very busy March deadline right the way through the actual move. The guys that moved us (Mel, Paul, Dom and Raf) were professional, friendly and everything was done like clockwork. We used Advanced removals for my parents who were downsizing from a house to a bungalow due to ill health. The team on the day (Jason, Neil and Tom) were outstanding and well worth the money. They introduced themselves and asked our names remembering them all. They were highly professional, polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Dom, Rafal and Paul did our move, arrived on time and got straight to work didn’t stop until the lorry was loaded. Nothing was a problem and I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard graft and not once did they moan, always a smile in their face.

Brilliant service, would highly recommend. Melvin and Rob A completed the move for my elderly parents professionally and considerately with a cheery manner that helped ease what was a difficult process.

We had Mark, Jason and Rob collect our furniture today and they were excellent. It wasn’t easy as we are putting some in storage and do they had to sort it out as loading. They were professional and diligent. We would use them again.

Jason, Rob M, Rob A and Dom were excellent. They were careful and worked extremely hard. We have used you three times now all of our experiences have been good. Dom has excellent carpentry skills and should be encouraged to do some training to build on these skills.

Thanks to Roy and Jono for expert service in moving some awkward furniture into difficult spaces. The guys worked tirelessly under challenging conditions with good humour, patience and understanding. We would recommend Advanced Removals to friends in the future.

We were packed and moved from Gloucester to Wantage on 13 February by Roy, Mark, Jono and Rob. Many thanks to all of them for their good humour, patience and the high quality of their packing! No breakages at all! We would not hesitate to recommend Advanced to others planning to move.
