Mel was in charge of the service. Put me at ease instantly, was polite, authoritative, respectful and worked quickly and tidily. Asked questions when he needed clarity. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Had a challenging move for an elderly relative moving from a wonderful but hard to reach location in Glos to West Sussex. Friends recommended Advanced and I can now see why. Communication ahead of the day was friendly and efficient and during the actual move Roy, Mark and Jono were cheerful, considerate and super efficient. Their positive approach and hardwork made a difficult process much easier for all.

Colin was great in his initial survey and Neil, Tony and Ryan were brilliant during our two day move. Great care was taken over our belongings and the team were friendly and efficient. We booked Advanced removals on recommendations and they didn't disappoint. We moved 2 houses into one on the same day and the team, Roy, Jono, Neil and Ryan were really great in 30 degree heat. They smashed through the 2 truck loads and worked together to get it done efficiently. They were friendly and helpful throughout the day and it was much appreciated.

Advanced have given us an excellent service in moving us to the Highland of Scotland from Gloucester the two men that moved us Mark and Niel moved a lot of stuff in particular my husbands Railway collection. They worked particularly hard especially in Scotland where the the weather was not to kind to them. We cannot praise you enough for a job well done.

Roy and Neil moved me to my new home and were fantastic. Colin came to do the quote and was able to assist me by agreeing to going to an additional address to pick something up. Roy and Neil were efficient and friendly, I do t think my packing was the best but they were great. Roy also helped with disconnecting my washing machine as I had no clue! They put everything in the right rooms and just got on with everything while I started unpacking boxes! They were amazing and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier! THANK YOU.

Outstanding service from initial contact, juggling availability in the very busy March deadline right the way through the actual move.
