Adrian provides a first-class service. I purchased the carpet and he visited promptly to give me a quotation for fitting and underlay. It was a very fair price. When it came to fitting he was on time and with his assistant, Joseph, moved a sofa and armchair out of the room for me (I live alone and am in my late sixties). When it came to fitting he is an absolute perfectionist and did an excellent job. He even cut up the old carpet and underlay, in order to make it easier for me to dispose of. Absolutely no mess was left. On top of that he was really friendly and we chatted throughout. Ardderchog (Excellent).

From the first contact there was a prompt response. Samples were available with advice regarding underlay. We felt that the quotation was reasonable and was the final price with no hidden extras. Showed up exactly as arranged and communication was good. Adrian returned to finish off after giving us time to make good some concreting necessary. We’ve used Adrian several times and he’s always done a brilliant job, sometimes at short notice and excellent value. He laid a bedroom carpet recently and helped with moving the larger items before and after, clearing up after the fitting was completed. He also laid all of the upstairs carpets in our daughters house and she was very pleased.

I highly recommend Adrian. We are very pleased with the new carpet he supplied and fitted yesterday. We were very pleased with every aspect of the new carpet process - Adrian helped us choose the most suitable carpet and was very patient as we made our selection. He was able to obtain and fit the carpet within a few days but was happy to delay the fitting til a date that suited us. The work he carried out in the living room was excellent and he also did a very good job replacing some edging strips in the conservatory. We will definitely contact him again when we next need a new carpet.

Adrian was an absolute legend. We bought the biggest carpet you could imagine over 8meters and we got it up into the master suite via the balcony with brut force and sheer determination The quality and speed of his work was exceptional We will use him again.

He then fitted the carpets as agreed. They look fantastic and the price was very reasonable indeed. I highly recommend him and as both a homeowner and landlord I would happily use him again.

Adrian replied to initial enquiry on email within hours, gave a reasonable and honest quote (advised we could reuse underlay and didn’t need to buy extra etc) and then the carpet was laid just 5 days later! We've used Adrian a few times over the years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. He's punctual, reliable, not out to rip you off, reasonably priced and brilliant at what he does. Never used him before so I took a chance after reading the reviews. It was a chance worth taking as he did a great job. He was flexible (I changed the time) was clean tidy and polite. He's now in my address book for the next time I buy a carpet.

Adrian has fitted carpets into 5 rooms plus the stairs and landing, and he has also fitted vinyl into two bathrooms in our house. Choice of flooring is great, and he gives you plenty of time to decide by leaving swatch books with you at home. Adrian is very prompt as responding to messages, he is very pleasant and the service and quality is great. I would definitely recommend Adrian, and will use him in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the job Adrian completed fitting carpet on three flights of stairs. The job was very well done, the end result is looking great. Adrain worked professionally and left the property clean. Adrian was easy to talk to and he made the job from start to finish really easy. When I initially called him, the information was precise that I booked the job there and then. He provided me samples and answered the 101 questions that I had for him. Adrian replaced all the fitted carpets and vinyl flooring when I moved into a new flat. He was very helpful, courteous and reliable, bringing many samples to my home and leaving them for me to think about for a couple of weeks. When he fitted the new carpet he and his assistant were polite and professional, leaving the flat clean and tidy and removing all the old carpet. That was nearly a year ago, and I'm still very happy with the new carpet and vinyl, and have experienced no problems with it. As a single woman I felt very safe with Adrian in my home.
