Couldn't be happier Ian from adept was amazing I basically asked for a computer rebuild (motherboard cpu and cooling system swap) and he finished the job in next to no time. Honestly I don't know what I like more the speed/quality or the price was recommended and will defiantly pass on the recommendations to anyone.

I had a computer fault occur 3 days before a major presentation which I had been working on for a week. Phoned Ian, who said to drop it over and he would work on it immediately. Eight hours later I picked up my computer, fully fixed. Delighted with the quick efficient service and very reasonable charges. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ian took a look at our son's Nintendo Switch which was failing to read some games. The service Ian provided was fantastic, he went out of his way to assist and resolve the problem which was eventually found to be the games and not the console. The service was very quick, economical, communication was great, and Ian was highly knowledgeable. Brilliant service…. Repaired damaged charging dock to Nintendo switch, while dropping it off Ian mentioned the joy cons were wobbly and slightly bent. Upon pickup ian didnt even mention hed also repaired the loose joy con. Above and beyond the call of duty. Defo recommended FIVE STAR.

Rang Adept PC Repair regarding a broken IPad charging port. Prompt reply, quote for repair given and flexible with drop off times. Ian was able to identify and repair the problem and returned the IPad within minutes. Even reluctant to take any payment. Couldn't have had better service.

Broken laptop…. University student needing to work 'remotely' and very stressed. I asked Facebook for recommendations amongst 'friends' and plenty replied 'Adept PC Repair'. I had instant reply from email enquiry and arranged to take laptop over for inspection. Ian ordered the parts needed whilst I was there and he called the very next day to say parts arrived, he then went and fixed it 'same day'…. We had amazing service! Ian works from home, is very professional, takes card payments and gives printed receipts. One very happy student daughter and happy mother for receiving excellent service at a very affordable price. 10/10 - Highly recommended!
