Reported my computer problem on January 16th at 1204 hours, Engineer attended at 1615 hours, within five minutes he had identified the cause, ten minutes later my system was up and running. I am very pleased to say that Adept IT Solutions came to my rescue very quickly and efficiently in early October. My PC and WhatsApp had been hacked (an absolutely awful experience). I was unable to find any responsive IT company so I contacted the firm that I usually use in Cape Town, South Africa (Complete Computer Solutions in Somerset West) and much to my surprise, they gave me a telephone number in Norwich for Adept IT Solutions. It was an enormous relief to be able to actually speak with someone on the other end of the line as opposed to the wretched auto-responses saying “leave a message”. Adept have completely revolutionised our jumbled workspace with complicated emails and IT by setting us up Microsoft 365 for business, meaning we now have a smooth running office with everything safely in the cloud too. After difficulties finding an IT company to suit us everyone at Adept has been so responsive and done everything we have required. Fairly priced, communication the whole way through the process and have been on hand for any IT issues we've had with work PC's and Laptops too as well as assisting us in the purchase of a new PC for work use. Fantastic team, well priced and very decent service! Had an upgrade for m. 2 ssd storage. My BIOS made it a less than straight forward job for the team but they got a quick solution and turnaround for me. Can't praise them enough. If you are having issues with your computer I strongly recommend that you take it to Adept IT Solutions (Norwich) LLP - 97a Sprowston Rd, Norwich Norfolk NR3 4QJ - 01603451810. My MacBook Pro would not boot up and the technician at the Apple store in Norwich told me that the fault lay in the main drive. As I have an 'old' version no replacement was available and realistically my only option was to buy a new computer, with the loss of all files which were not backed up on an external memory device. Then I tried Adept IT Solutions. They fitted a new main drive which works brilliantly. Although I was told there might be some loss of saved files during the process, I have not noticed that any are missing. The whole process was quick, the price reasonable, the staff pleasant and the outcome completely successful. I whole heartedly recommend Adept IT Solutions. Francis Walsh.

I have used Adept IT Solutions for a number of years now and they have always been really helpful. I recently had an issue with a web browser that kept taking over and Adept sorted it out by accessing my computer remotely and fixed it within the hour.

My computer suddenly developed a fault with the memory. After leaving a message early on Monday morning, James from Adept IT had rung me to say I could drop the machine off for analysis and repair. It was all sorted within 3 hours. Really impressed with the swift response and excellent customer service and knowledge. I am new to Norwich but Adept IT in Sprowston will definitely be my favoured IT firm if anything else goes wrong!

Excellent service, my blue screen issue was resolved within a week, and fortunately, my data was recovered.
