Colin came to sort out various issues I had and was great. He was a huge help, explained everything clearly and simply, and most importantly got them sorted. Highly recommended !

My laptop got infected with a virus which locked me out, so unable to run anti-malware program. Colin sorted out the problem very promptly and efficiently, and also cleaned-up some other issues. Laptop once again working as it used to. Excellent, efficient service. I would highly recommend Colin for any computer issues.

Colin has helped me out of computer issues a couple of times and also my parents are consistently pleased with what he's done for them. Each times I've been impressed with his calm approach, he's punctual and polite as well as well informed and seemingly excellent at resolving the issues I've needed help with. Colin came to the rescue of 2 Super Adults (seniors) who have been overtaken by technology changes. He sorted out our Ipad and laptop and advised us on changes and updates. He was very patient and explained in simple understandable non techno language.

Colin arrived promptly for his pre-booked session: He rectified the slow-running of my laptop by removing multiple unwanted programmes, which I would have found impossible to identify myself - and also downloaded a free malaware programme to help prevent future problems. Colin came on a prearranged date and explained several issues that were causing me concern. He also spent some time "sorting out my computer" in order to make it more efficient for me. He is very efficient and explains processes lucidly and effectively to an amateur.

Prompt response, visit, diagnosis of problem, follow-up and solution. The problem was due to a faulty wireless router rather than my equipment and was not obvious to a non- professional. Other small issues were solved on the same visit. Cost reasonable and clear with no hidden extras. Excellent service and a very pleasant, helpful person to deal with.

Following on from my August 5th review, Colin produced a technical fault report which has eventually resulted in a 70% refund even though the laptop was 4 months out of warranty. Hence I'm a very satisfied customer!
