My computer just suddenly died - contacted Luke and got a reply back promptly. He picked the computer up, had a look and gave me a price for the repairs (which was less than I was expecting). He came in bang on price and returned it at exactly the time he said he would, giving me a clear idea of what had gone wrong. I was very happy with the whole service and would certainly use him again if I have any IT problems in future.
I'd never used Luke before so was a little apprehensive. He arrived bang on time and went straight to work, setting up my new laptop, and transferring data from my old one. He provided a very quick, and thorough professional service. He is very personable and helpful. As a 76 year old I sometimes don't understand 'computer speak' but he explained clearly in language I could understand. I can thoroughly recommend this man.
I cannot recommend Adams Computer Services too highly. Luke Adams is a very personable young man who talks to you in your own language. He explains what he thinks the problem is in terms you can understand, discusses possible solutions including the pros and cons of each, and then agrees with you the way forward. One day, I switched on my laptop and was presented with various blue screens. It was totally unusable. Luke visited and quickly diagnosed a disk problem. He took my laptop away and within 24 hours was on the phone confirming his initial diagnosis. He provided me with the solution of installing a new SSD drive, making me aware of the costs involved. At that time he didn’t know whether he would be able to restore any of the data from my old drive but said he would try. If successful, it would cost me a very reasonable amount but if his attempts were not successful, he would charge me nothing. You can’t get fairer than that. A few days later, Luke brought back my laptop with the new SSD drive fitted and working plus all the data from my old disk drive restored. Everything was working perfectly. We have used Luke to solve any problems we've had over a number of years. He is always on time with his appointments, polite and extremely patient, explaining everything, his fees are very reasonable and he wore his mask the whole time he was with us. We would thoroughly recommend him to anyone with a computer problem.
Excellent service from Luke at Adams Computer Services. Accurately diagnosed the problem with my laptop, kept me informed all the time about it and my options for repair and delivered the repaired product back when he said he would. Also very reasonably priced IMHO. Highly Recommended.
I have known Luke Adams for some years now. Luke has always been very kind and efficient when I have had a problem with my laptop/printer. I live abroad and my Mum lives in Bexhill. Mum was having serious technical difficulties and had muddled passwords and managed to lock herself out of her iPad and her laptop. Very frustrating for both of us as communication via video calls (particularly right now) is a real priority. I contacted Adams Computer Services by email and I can honestly say I have never had such amazing customer service. Luke replied straight away and he went to fix all of Mum's computer equipment. He is extremely knowledgeable; a great communicator and he really did get our problems sorted out. He is honest, reliable and sincere. Not considering myself "computer literate" I am delighted to offer my my recommendation of Like Adams for computer "repairs". Luke has "looked after" my computer needs for a number of years, building new ones, and recommending a new model as required. He successfully transferred all documents etc. From my old computer to my new one in January this year, 2020, and has often dealt with smaller problems via "Luke Remote" as and then they occurred. I have no hesitation in offering my recommendation.
