My experience with Adam Prudens Law was extremely negative and raises serious concerns. This firm presents itself as a legal service provider, but Adam H is not registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Bar Standards Board (BSB) - meaning this is not a regulated legal practice. The initial contact came via email with a lengthy explanation of how Adam H could assist. Moments later, I received a WhatsApp message pushing me to check the email - creating unnecessary pressure and urgency. Once engaged, the tone quickly shifted. I was told I had to pay a fee just for Adam H to “look at the documents properly” before giving any legal opinion. When I asked for a legal registration number - a completely fair and standard request - Adam H became aggressive and defensive, refusing to provide it. Adam H claimed to have sent correspondence to the other party, but never copied me in or shared any evidence of these communications. After taking payment, Adam H became unresponsive for days, later admitted nothing had been reviewed, and then demanded even more money. While Adam H is listed on Companies House, that does NOT mean he is legally regulated or authorised to provide legal advice. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability left me feeling taken advantage of.
