About Active In Music

Established in 2005, Active In Music offers fun and highly professional music tuition for children aged 5+ on piano, violin or guitar. Individual and group tuition included, giving a holistic approach to learning a musical instrument. Family oriented performances arranged for the end of each term. Tuition takes place out of school hours.

Active In Music prides itself on the quality of its teachers. These are hand picked in order to give pupils the highest standard of tuition coupled with a friendly ethos. All teachers at Active In Music are themselves performers.

The school is managed by husband and wife Christopher and Maria Giles both of whom have been involved in Music Tuition for many years. Christopher and Maria are also both professional performers, having studied and given many recitals in London and Moscow respectively.
