George is a very well presented and polite young gentleman who quelled my concerns when I first phoned him to make an appointment for an EPC assessment. He arrived punctually the following day and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. George is articulate, impressively professional and he showed an awareness of my concerns as he talked me through the elements of the assessment with no evidence of impatience or condescension. I requested an email report which arrived less than two hours after he left my dwelling and he followed up to ensure I fully understood and was satisfied with the report.
