We have our own Company Solicitor, trained in all aspects of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Conveyancing, who has also been a member of the Government's Legal Services Board committee with regard to regulating Will Writing.
There are many types of Wills, the simple/standard will and more powerful ones which include various Trusts to protect your home, your savings, your children's /partner's inheritance.

We are Members of National Association of License Paralegals (NALP) with trading standards approved code of practice and STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) registered.
