When it comes to the design of this opulent venue, Access Flooring played a pivotal role in ensuring that the infrastructure was as impressive as the culinary offerings. We partnered with the designers to supply and install a high-performance raised flooring system by Lindner T and G high density Gypsum system on pedestals, capable of withstanding loads of up to 3 metric tonnes. This structural solution not only supports the heavy-duty demands of the restaurant environment but also allows for flexibility in interior design and maintenance.

The raised flooring system integrates seamlessly with the restaurant’s unique aesthetic, providing both functionality and durability. It supports the lavish decor elements, including Damien Hirst’s sculptures and Frank Gehry’s iconic ‘Fish Lamps, ’ which create an immersive dining atmosphere inspired by the depths of the sea.
