Absolute Psychotherapy and Counselling supplies counselling and therapy to clients in Central and North London. Therapists have consulting rooms located in West End and Hampstead (London). The practice was set up in 2010 by experienced professionals who adapt the psychotherapy or counselling to best meet each clients individual needs and concerns.

The practice provides individuals and couples with a professional counselling and psychotherapy and operates from conveniently located consulting rooms. The fully qualified therapists allow clients a safe and productive space to explore and engage with a wide variety of issues. The therapy is tailored towards each client to meet their unique needs and goals.

Featuring integrative, psychodynamic and existential approaches, the sessions reflect a person-centered approach to therapy. Offering both short term and longer term therapy for individuals and couples, therapists help to clarify and address clients' own goals and needs.

Absolute Psychotherapy and Counselling has assisted many clients facing a variety of challenges in their work and personal lives. With clients living or working in London but often originating from outside the UK, the therapy may be aimed at specific issues, provide a much needed space to reflect on experience or meaning or fundamentally to be oneself.

The practice is managed by Lesley Hinder who has been focusing on psychotherapy since 2006. Lesley Hinder is well placed to look after the practice, drawing on her prior experience working in legal, medical and corporate environments.
