I have always been super terrified of exercise in general let alone going into a bootcamp. I started training with Richard just over a year ago and he's truly changed my opinion of exercise and as a result changed my life. I'm now 4 stone lighter and love every second of his training ! Of course it's hard but Richard knows exactly how to push you and get the best out of each individual. He's easy to talk to and always available to answer any questions. Not only has he changed my view on exercise he's given me the confidence to train alone and rid some of my insecurities. I cannot recommend Richard as a trainer and his bootcamp highly enough.

I am just coming to the end of the first week of my second month of bootcamp and it's safe to say I am hooked! It is with out a doubt the best group workout I've ever done. Richard works you hard and makes you sweat buckets but he is also a great motivator and keeps it fun. I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I trained with Richard about three years ago but left due to change in location. I eventially got bored with everyday gym and my weight loss plateaued. I rejoined Richard's bootcamp sessions last month and glad I did. Doing different exercises means you do not get bored. I've started losing weight again and feel stronger. I'm glad I went back! Fab trainer and lovely people in each session. I will recommend Richard to anyone who want results!

Went along for a Taster week and loved it. Got hooked ! So I started to train with Richard ! Using Kettlebells and other weights and Various bodyweight Exercise, my Overall strength and fitness improved so much. Richard answers any questions you come up with ! Within a couple of months I can visibly see results ,gained definition and felt more energetic! I would Definitely recommend Richard as a trainer. ? .

Richard is a great trainer, I started in January and literally hated any form of exercise (don't get me wrong still not a massive fan of burpees), but he makes the bootcamp sessions varied, fun, and with great results to boot. Really glad I joined and thanks Richard for pushing us all to get the best results!

The main thing I've loved about this plan was the fact I never craved anything sweet and still haven't done yet. I was surprised that this has been the longest I've stuck to a 'diet' without raiding the biscuits after 2 weeks. It has given me the confidence that it's not just a quick fix and is a lifestyle change which can be maintained. The support from the group was amazing as it ensured I stuck to the plan and there's was always a quick response to any question I had. Definitely do it again, thank you Richard Helen.

I have just completed the 21-day AFLK plan and, after a couple of days of headaches, have found it fantastic. The food was very tasty and after a little planning was easy to get used to. The support group set up by Richard helped so much to complete the plan and Richard himself was always on hand with advice and tips. I would thoroughly recommend the plan for anyone.

Brilliant plan, amazed at how easy it was to stick to the food plan. If this can work for me it can work for anyone. The exercises were tough, but I tried every one of them, sometimes with hysterical results, but over the last 21 days I've been able to do things I've not done for well over 20 years. The group was supportive and Richard was even more so, sharing ideas, even which shopping aisle clean foods could be found. I've never felt hungry and certainly not thirsty, the exercises can be built into your daily routine easily as they're only 10 minutes, a hard 10 minutes, but worth it. I lost weight and inches, I feel better, my skin is better and my fridge looks better too. Give it a go, it's so easy to follow, you won't regret it. It's certainly kick started me into thinking differently, and I would highly recommend it.

I have just completed the 10 day detox with a group of people at absolute fitness, the help advice and support you get off Richard is invaluable over the 10 days. Richard was always on hand to answer any questions and give tips and advice on what to eat or not to eat, The recipes given to us by Richard were gorgeous and you wouldnt of guessed that Clean Eating would taste so good. I feel amazing for doing the detox not only have I lost weight, I feel less bloated and I have loads more energy. I do believe the energy that this gave me helped me to complete my 1st half marathon, as I wasnt feeling sluggish or bloated. Richard has helped me to understand what food my body does and doesnt need. And I will be carrying on with this as a lifestyle change going forward. I have and will be recommending this to others. I have been doing the boot camps since the start of the year and I was 18 stone 10 pounds and by doing boot camp I lost 20 pounds and feel a lot better in myself and a lot fitter than I was in January. Would recomend this to anyone that wants to lose weight and get fit and have a bit of fun in the process. It's very hard work but well worth the results it gets.

I really enjoyed the boot camp - whilst it was full of variety and incorporated games to make it fun I have never sweated so much during a workout so it obviously works! I would definitely recommend Absolute Fitness - it is so much better than going to the gym, it really makes a difference to workout with like-minded friendly people to keep you motivated.
