Attended after a lovely person - not- broke into my garage, the attendance was timely, fabulous customer service and gave options to make the garage more secure. Insisted on giving an estimate prior to attending, to remove any shock. A very good job for a fair price. Would highly recommend. I made contact following someone recommending the company to me.

Was able to come within an hour of contact, had problem fixed in no time. Lovely pleasant guy. Explained what was issues and how he fixed it. No mess left. Before he came we thought we would need a new mechanism but he tried to fix in his words 'to keep cash in our pocket' much appreciated as expect high call out charge. Good honest trades man just out to do a great job.

I found Abracadabra locksmiths online after a local search and contacted Jason who arrived at a property that I lease in the north east. After a short explanation of the problem he greeted my tenant and solved the issue very quickly. This was very useful as I do not live locally. He was affordable and efficient. This gave me great peace of mind and ensured that my tenant was dealt with in a professional way, that I would expect from a company with such a good reputation. D Woods.

Jason came out when he said he would,explained fully what was needed, replaced the part that was needed, was very friendly and very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend this firm to anybody looking for a friendly, value for money,efficient service.

Jason arrived within the hour as promised. At the time he was involved in training two lads (ex. Services)in becoming locksmiths. He asked if I would mind if they assisted him in attending to a jammed window lock I had called about and I readily agreed. At each stage of the repair he explained to myself and the trainees exactly what was required to correct the problem. The job was completed with an extra part fitted at no extra cost. All three lads were very polite and courteous and I would have no problem in recommending to anyone.

Jason was very polite, professional and prompt! The first time he came to assess the job he came at exactly the time stated and also when he came to do the job. It was completed in very quick time with Jason explaining fully what he was doing at all times. Excellent work and job.

My 83 year old mother in law's back door lock snapped. This meant the door could not be used which was a safety hazard. I rang Abracadabra A1 after finding their details online. The reviews looked good but you never know. I rang at around 5:30 pm expecting a voicemail but instead spoke to Jason directly. Even more surprising that he was round within the hour. He explained the possible options and the costs. He was unable to repair the lock straight away but instead made the door secure. He then located a replacement unit the following day, not an easy task due to the age of the door. The whole job was done very professionally and on budget. Although I was with my mother in law during the repairs (she lives across the road), she expressed to me after the job that she would have no problem with Jason arriving solo. I left my keys at work and had to get into my house as a matter of great urgency - I only use members of Checked and Vetted because I live in Tyne and Wear. I got Jason's number of my iPhone and I swear he was at my house in literally under 5 minutes, he got in without doing any damage, gave me superb advice on making my home safer. He is good value, good hearted and a super star. He should really wear a cape and a mask he arrives so quickly. Thank you jason you saved my life (A single mum in Gosforth) xx.
