Abode Staff provides household recruitment services. We help our clients find the best household and garden staff, including: nannies, housekeepers, gardeners, carers, chefs, chauffeurs, butlers, estate managers, personal assistants and more! We are a small, boutique business and focus on providing our clients with a high quality service.

We are based in West Berkshire but are happy to help clients in the surrounding areas - Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Cotswolds and the home counties. We have a great network of household and garden staff in all of these areas.

Abode Staff is managed by Chloe Rodwell who has been working in the private household recruitment industry for many years, with a great track record of placing candidates in jobs in private households. Chloe's aim is to introduce clients to the best staff and create long-lasting connections.
