Able Joinery and Building was established in Salford in 1993 as a family run business. Managing Director Jon Gannon works very closely with all our clients to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Most of our works comes from recommendations from previous customers.

We have a larger sister company Able Facility Solutions Limited, we carry out maintenance works across the North of England and complete refurbishment works on all scales for our clients.

Although we are based in Salford, we carry out works in Sale, Altrincham, Manchester, Salford, Ashton, and Stockport but also throughout the North West and North East and have completed major refurbs in Scotland.

Our highly skilled workforce consist of a team of operatives who cover all trades which include Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters and General Builders, along with dedicated teams of Decorators, Plasterers, property cleaners etc. We are Gas Safe and NICEIC Approved. All gas and electrical work will be fully certified upon completion. We can also provide periodic inspections for both electric and gas.

We also supply and fit a range of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial floorcoverings including Vinyl, Safety Flooring, Carpets, Carpet Tiles.

- Preston - Full office refurbishment.
- Manchester City Centre - Warehouse converting into apartments.
- Warrington - 4 house total refurbishments.
