I Contacted Nigel about a fault with my 22mth old 8k Samsung TV. He quickly diagnosed a faulty screen. Advised me that the tv was beyond economic repair as the screen alone was £1000. He then advised me to contact samsung and trading standards which I'm currently pursuing. I can't fault his service and will definitely be recommending him to family and friends 10/10 thank you.
