Diagnosed the issue with my TV without an unnecessary visit or callout charge, very helpful and would highly recommend 10/10 five stars.

We had a television from Samsung. It went blank. Nigel took it away to check it over found the screen was the problem. We only had a year. Informed Argos. They ask for a report. Nigel. Sent in the report. And we had a full refund. Can’t fault the service from Nigel. And company. Thanks again. Gareth and Beverly.

My OLED tv completely shut down so contacted Nigel at Abertillery Digital TV. After a very brief conversation he was very confident of the issue and my TV was collected and returned perfectly. Would highly recommend as he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable.

Nigel provided a first class service. My flat screen TV broke down and I thought it would be unrepairable due to its age. However Nigel diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part and now it is working again perfectly and all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Nigel and his TV services. I Contacted Nigel about a fault with my 22mth old 8k Samsung TV. He quickly diagnosed a faulty screen. Advised me that the tv was beyond economic repair as the screen alone was £1000. He then advised me to contact samsung and trading standards which I'm currently pursuing. I can't fault his service and will definitely be recommending him to family and friends 10/10 thank you.

Rang Nigel regarding our 65" Sony which had stopped operating. He immediately identified the problem, collected the tv, carried out the repair and returned it all within a few days. An excellent service which was much appreciated.

The repair service give to us was exceptional. Our Sony TV needed a new remote sensor. Nigel gave us a quote, came and collected our TV and loaned us a replacement. A week later our television is back on the wall working as new. We couldn't have wished for a more helpful, polite, prompt service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Used Nigel to repair my Sony tv. Fitted a new backlight which turned out to be a difficult repair. However the work was carried out as per estimate. Tv now works fine and saved me hundreds in not having to replace. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Rob.

Nigel was true to his word and picked up the tv when he said he would and returned it three days later. He had identified the fault beforehand, it’s now working perfectly. I’m so pleased with the service that Nigel offers and would recommend him to anyone.

Nigel was prompt answering my queries and then collected the television to repair. As soon as parts were received Nigel fixed and returned the Tv. Its as good as new. I would recommend Nigel for all your tv repairs.

Highly recommend! We acquired a 65" LG TV off a friend, which they were getting rid of as it had broken - all we needed to do was fix it. Nigel was excellent, he picked the TV up, fixed it and dropped it off for us, which was all inclusive of the price quoted. The TV works perfectly, it's like brand new. Nigel also went that extra mile and gave us a lead so we could get the TV set up that day. Thanks Again.

Great service. LG OLED 55in TV no power light / failing to switch on. Rang Abertillery Digital TV (Nigel) on Thursday and explained the issue. Received quote by text. TV collected on Friday and returned in full working order on Wednesday. The repair was cost effective and very reasonable when compared to purchasing a similar replacement TV. Highly recommend this company, had a Samsung TV repaired years ago and still going strong. Recently had problems with another TV and rather than a call out charge discussed symptoms over the phone and was told no repair would be possible. Sad, but at least I did not have the added cost of a call out. Hopefully will never need a TV repair again, but if I do, I will definitely be using this company.
