Altaf came across extremely polite, courteous yet a thorough professional with a wealth of knowledge. His actions in resolving boiler a year ago were fantastic, he has now followed up with an annual service check. He explained every step he was completing, changing the burner and also very respectful of my property. Furthermore, he gave me a clear insight on how and what to maintain to get the best out of my heating system. Thank you.

I highly endorse ABC heating. If it were possible, I'd rate them six stars and more! After facing persistent and complicated boiler problems, and having already spent a considerable amount with other firms, I turned to ABC heating as a final attempt. They resolved my issues with utmost professionalism. Turned up on time, efficient, and the trust worthiness stood out. Their approach of identifying and addressing the root cause to problems is unparalleled to other gas firms, and trust me I’ve used a fair few! Moving forward, I plan to rely on them for regular boiler servicing etc. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Al from ABC Heating Services highly enough. He installed a new boiler for me in 2018 and since then he has serviced this boiler annually. His work is thorough, highly professional and he addresses any questions that I may have in a courteous and knowledgeable way. I am so glad that I chose him.

This last fortnight we had a pretty severe leak in our boiler. I decided to try someone new and i’m glad I did because I was blown away by the level of service I received. ABC responded quickly and when they arrived Al explained the problem in its entirety. He went through what the problem was, why it had occurred and what our options were. Since being in this house for 4 years noone else has done that. ABC solved the problem and even took the time to advise us on energy saving and proper boiler usage completely unprompted. Incredibly impressed and I have already saved ABC’s number. Because I am going to call them for all future boiler tests and repairs. They blow the lesta competition out of the water. Had a boiler leak last week and arranged for ABC to visit and diagnose the problem. Was charged a £70 call out fee for the first 30 mins. Engineer spent around an hour and was charged a £100 to fix the problem. Only problem was the boiler wasn't fixed! I then contacted them to say the leak wasn't fixed and was told that the leak was coming from a part they had tightened and they would contact the boiler manufacturer. A week later and no response. If you have a plumbing problem I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Great service with excellent technician and technical knowledge and know how. Had a 10 year on going issue which was sorted after I got in touch with A B C Heating. Definitely recommend to everybody and will definitely use again…thank you so much!

I did call up Al after I had a problem with a heating and water problem with a tenanted property. He was a very honest and reliable person and turned up on time and made a correct diagnosis and fix. I would definitely use him again and he also issued a gas safety certificate for me. All in all, fully heartily recommended from a landlords perspective.

An excellent SERVICE. A very nice man! QUICKEST response ever! THIS MAN IS HONEST and RELIABLE. BEST RESOLUTION. He even tells you how to prevent and resolve minor faults. He is not one of those men on horsebacks! He is no reapoff! Above all he is very TIDY. I RECOMMEND ALTAF anytime.

I have known Al and Family for the last 8 to 9 years, Acoording to my satisfaction I find him most reliable, trustworthy, kind and always helpful engineer I have ever known. If anything goes wrong with our boiler Al will make every effort to make himself available to come and fix the boiler for us and also for our rented property he has never let us down since we have known him because my husband and I are old age retired couple which he really takes it into consideration with great respect by being there to help us whenever we are in need of him. Also in comparison to British Gas Charges and other Company's I find Al charges are reasonable and genuine. We always depend on him to do our yearly boiler servicing therefore we would like to recommend Al to whoever in need of boiler repairs or boiler servicing particularly old age people can definitely rely on Al because he is trustworthy loving and very intelligent with his profession we will always depend on Al and we will remain greatful to him. The boiler at my home was not working for 2 days and it made it really tough considering the radiator was not working in the cold weather. Contacted ABC heating services and was promptly attended to. The technician was at home at the exact time as planned and the work was carried out professionally. The first thing I found of Al, the engineer who came to repair my boiler, was his politeness and mannerism that put me immediately at ease. After his assessment he explained in simple terms what the pressing issue with said boiler. His lack of jargon was much appreciated as I was clearly not knowledgeable about such equipment. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, which you do not always encounter nowadays.

I was blown away by the first class exemplary service received by Al. Absolute great company, I am a Landlord with multiple properties, ABC has come to the rescue of my tenants a number of times! They have been a honest and reasonably priced gas and plumbing company, with a prompt, friendly and efficient service. Used this chap recently on an emergency call out as we had no water or gas working. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and provided a gas safety certificate to guarantee his work for a year. Very pleased with his work and will 100% use him for future work.

We've used ABC a couple of times. The first time was to plumb in our cooker - and then Al very kindly helped us out with some other bits (removing an ugly gas fire etc) once he was here. Second time round he managed to fit us in at very short notice in order to fix our heating (during a cold snap). Really pleased with the service - reasonable rates, pleasant to deal with, and happy to advise on how we could do some simple stuff for ourselves, rather than calling out the pros (which was very nice of him). Can recommend, would definitely use again.
