We have recently upgraded all our limos We took delivery of a new Lincoln MKT on13/May 2019 which can carry up to 8 passengers This vehicle is sensational and has all the latest LCD lighting Bluetooth speakers with Spotify and 2 large flat screen LCD TV’s.
Probably the best limo in the UK.
We also upgraded our Hummer style limo to carry 16 passengers recently and again it will be very hard to find another one better.

I booked Abbie after a friend recommended them. I am so pleased I did. I booked a 14 seat Hummer style limo and it was amazing. The interior lighting is unbelievable. The car arrived on time and was spotlessly clean. Phill the driver was so helpful and friendly and could not do to much for us. I will use Abbie again and strongly recomend them.

Worst service ever experienced in my life. Arrived 40 minutes late without letting us know that just the tip of the iceburg. Do not use this company customer service appalling.

Absolutely disgusting service! I booked the 14 seat limo 3 months in advance for my daughters 13th. I rang to weeks prior just to confirm and then again on the day of the booking just to make sure everything was going to be perfect for my daughters birthday. The owner told me I could bet my house on the fact the limo would be there on time. I had 13 girls very excited and waiting for the car. 15 minutes before the car was due to arrive I had a call from the same guy telling me I could bet my house telling me the car was going to be late. He wouldn't tell me how late or where the car was. I tried explaining to him that my daughters party was due to start after the limo trip, he replied well we will just cancel it then love! How disgusting. The car arrived 45 mins late, leaving only the girls only 15 mins in the car, due to her party starting. The customer care was not good enough. I refused to pay in full as this company ruined my girls birthday.Moreexpand_more
Response : Yes we were late for this booking and yes it was booked 3 months in advance. We had a wedding before this booking which over ran causing us to be late. We did allow enough time between the jobs but when the wedding parting were about to get into the limo there was a terrential downpour and the party stayed in the register office to stay dry. The rain was extremely heavy and lasted about 30minutes This put us back 30minutes. I ran the customer 30 minutes before we were due to arrive to explain the position but she was very aggressive on the phone and would not listen. The wedding was incidentally booked over a year in advance I do every thing possible to be prompt but on this occasion it was out of control. I felt It was more important to have the wedding party 100% happy than a child's birthday. We were in a position were whatever we did someone was unhappy.Moreexpand_more

Cancelled on us the day before we were due to be picked up, apparently he had been trying to call us during the week. But no missed calls or answer phone messages left on my mobile, but I did get a text on the morning before to say he had cancelled our booking and had returned our deposit. Not happy.

They let our party down on the morning of the hen-night (22nd March), even though he had confirmed over the phone and in various emails the booking. We managed to get another limousine hire company on the day who were superb, and without us mentioning which company let us down, they were able to guess it was Abbie Limos because " it happens every other week! " Do not trust Abbie Limos.
Response : This review is totally inaccurate. I requested a deposit from k Hall on a number of occasions without any response. I confirmed that we would not attend the booking unless a deposit was paid. She insisted that she would only pay the driver on the day. I explained that because of her location IE: Barton which is on the other side of the River we would need a deposit to cover our time to get there and bridge tolls and unless a deposit was received we would not attend the booking. She was well aware of the situation.
