I specialise in helping food businesses with product or recipe analysis, food and nutrition labelling, working with product developers to meet specific nutrient criteria or finding accurate and honest nutrition messages.

I'm a UK Registered Nutritionist with over 20 years experience in the food industry across retail, manufacturing and organic food processing.

Registered Nutritionists and Registered Associate Nutritionists are evidence-based professionals with at least degree level nutrition science and uphold the highest level of professional standards.

AB Food Nutrition is the Nutrition and Labelling Partner of North West Food and Drink Means Business.

I am a provider to the Reaseheath College European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) project consultancy panel, supporting SMEs in Cheshire and Warrington; a Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) stakeholder; and an advisor to Huel on key nutrition, product development and legislative issues.

I am also Secretary of the Institute of Food Science and Technology's Food Science and Nutrition Special Interest Group.
