Excellent Job of cleaning and repasteing my very overheating HP omen laptop. Delivered at 10. 00am, Collected 16. 30pm. Cost was very reasonable, I have seen what they had to do on YouTube. Many Thanks.

Wanting to purchase a new laptop spoke to William beforehand for some advice on what I should be looking for. He was very helpful in giving me some pointers on what I needed. I then purchased the laptop and he transferred/downloaded all data and set-up the machine for me in a couple of days. This is the fourth time I have used his services and have always found him to be very helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend his company.

William quickly and sucessfully fixed an intermittent problem I had with my Windows 10 desktop computer. As I said when I collected the repair he undervalues his service. While I hope there won't be further issues, I know where I'll come if there is one.

When my MacBookPro battery warning popped up, I hoped there'd be local expertise available to check it out and replace the battery. William at Aardvark was just what you need when you can't do the job yourself - knowledgable and professional and someone who instils confidence. He kept me informed about what the job entailed, how long it was likely to take, and the cost. He also identified a small issue with the charging lead and gave advice. The job was completed within the timescale quoted and for a reasonable price. I'll be using him again, and can certainly recommend contacting William for computer repairs.

My wife and I bought a new computer from Currys and William transferred all the information from the old computer to the new one and wiped the old computer as well. His manner and demeanour in every respect is admirable, not to mention his swift service and quality of his work. I had major problems with my HP PC. William did a complete re-install of Windows 10 and also reloaded all my software. I also had an issue with my Yahoo Account migrating onto Outlook in Office 365, one phone call later, William got the IMAP data I needed and talked me though it. I cannot thank William enough, for a very speedy and professional service, all this at a very reasonable price. He certainly knows what he is doing and because of this, I have also booked my laptop in to be overhauled and upgraded by William. I highly recommend William.
