I had my iPhone XS Battery replaced at AA Mac. The repair was completed within 2 hours and everything now works brilliantly. Great Service and really friendly staff. Really happy with my whole experience.

My AirPods have not been working for weeks as I have been unable to charge them. I made an appointment through apple support, was greeted in the store, had my AirPods fixed, and they returned to me in about 10 minutes. My toddler had lodged a tiny pebble in the charging port and the technician was patient enough to get it out for me! Excellent service, very friendly would definitely recommend.

I walked in here 20 minutes before they closed as my phone suddenly stopped charging. The customer service is amazing they were so friendly and had my charging port cleaned within 15 minutes! 10/10.

Made an appointment 10:40-11am. When I get there they tell me it will be at lease 2 hours before I get the phone back. Also they charge £59 for iphone6 battery change where as apple themselves charge £45. Also I had a battery changed for my other phone at apple a few weeks ago and it took 40min. Their excuse is they have to fill out more paper work, as far as I'm concerned do that in your own time not mine. Did not use them because of the above and won't be using them ever.

Called up regarding an iPhone screen repair, was told to come down at any time and specifically told I didn’t need an appointment prior to coming down. When I got to the premises, I was not allowed to even step in because they were closed between the hours of 12:30-1:20pm. When I explained I was then asked if I had an appointment, which I explained I was explicitly told I didn’t need one, I was shunned away saying it wasn’t possible to be seen without an appointment. Very poor service and customer service in my opinion.

I am so happy with the service I received when my son dropped his iPhone 6 about 6 months ago and damaged the phone so it was unusable. AA Mac Ltd arranged for the repair to be carried out (off site). They said it would take 5 days, but the phone was back 3 days later. The staff are very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the younger son has just dropped a glass of water over his iPhone 6 and this phone is now no longer working. I will be bringing his phone for repair this week. I am just glad to have such a reliable company near to where I live.

Visited shop my mum explained that she had replied to a scam, the assistant looked at laptop pushed a button and rectified problem when asked what charge was said no charge, my mum was quoted £100 elsewhere, very pleased with service.

Thanks for sorting out my mac so quickly, and being completely honest with the costs from the start.

I took my 15" MBP in to have the keyboard and upper case replaced. The price quoted was clear at every stage and as a gesture of goodwill, without prompting, a diagnosis fee was waived due to being unable to identify a small issue which they had spent time looking at. The quality of the repair is excellent, it feels and looks like a brand new machine, even the screen has been tightened up a tad. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and intend to buy my next machine from their store as opposed to Apple.

AA Mac Repaired my Macbook Pro under the Apple Program to replace Logic Boards Graphics Cards in the late 2011 models. They were very open, explained the situation well. Fortunately for me the machine passed the test and was repaired for free. They send you very regular text messages at each stage of the repair and it was even completed on a national holiday showing the guys must enjoy what they are doing. The laptop now works as it should. Fully recommend them.

I strongly encourage people to NOT use this store. I was over charged to get my macbook pro fixed and after they said it would be £50 for a cancellation fee they refused to give me back my laptop and have continued to pressure me to make payments. They gave me until the end of the week to collect my data and yet I just received two miss calls and a text message pressuring me to collect my data as "it is about to be sold". I have been forced to let them keep my laptop and now sell it on to make a profit and I'm not even sure what they have done to me is even legal. By all means keep away from this store.

Amazing ! That's what I can say about them. The hard disk of Mac had crashed and when I called Apple support I was scheduled the very next day with them. Thanks to Kam from AAMac who was very resourceful and quick with the services. I got my Mac repaired the very next day. I would recommend AAMac for faster and quality services of Apple products. - Lax.

Just had a problem with my MBP diagnosed, parts ordered, installed and tested within 36 hours. All under Apple Care Plan. Cannot fault these guys. Excellent service and more importantly excellent customer service. Very friendly and kept me up to date all the way throughout the process. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to all my colleagues.

I went to AA Mac following a friends recommendation. Initially they helped me with service and broadband connectivity issues. I have used them ever since, and have bought equipment from them. The staff are all easy to deal with and the support has been great, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
