We hired a van from a2b didnt think much of the customer service we felt like criminals on returning van while we waited for van to be checked then told we were free to go still waiting on 200 deposit getin paid back into my bank account they said it takes 7 to 10 days what a rip off wont use this company again.
Response : Hi Adam. Thank you for your feedback. At the start of the hire you were informed that the pre-authorisation on your card would be in place between 5 to 7 days. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this but you have decided to accuse us of holding your funds which i feel is a bit unfair. You did get your deposit back in the stipulated time but no mention of that. Once the van is returned and all checked in we have no further interest in the deposit but are unable to speed up the unblocking of funds as this is under the control of the banks. In some cases we do offer cash deposits which is refunded to the customer once the vehicle is returned which in your case would have been a better option.Moreexpand_more
