A2B Technology specialise in the design, configuration, installation, project management and technical support, across a vast range of telephone systems, applications and products. We cater for single site communications systems through to multi clustered, multiple site platforms across every business industry including Hospitality, call centre environments and educational institutes.

Recent examples of our work can be seen from the design, configuration and installation of a 6 system fully resilient cluster for 4000 users at Brighton and Sussex University Hospital Trust with ongoing maintenance and migration still underway. This includes the implementation of unified messaging, user voice mail set up and utilisation of call centre facilities with hunt groups and hot desk facilities over a multitude of different handsets and dect systems. All work has been conducted as part of a white label contract.

The company was incorporated in 2002 as part of the natural growth of the business from operating as a sole trader since 1997 primarily operating in the ‘White Label’ contracting business. The growth of the business has been built on word of mouth of our customers for our expertise in the planning and implementation of complex multi-site telecommunications platforms.
