A return journey from Lincs to Chester to drop off my trade in and collect my new bike. From initial contact to final delivery of my bike the process was straight forward and simple. The team were excellent; friendly and knowledgeable and kept me in the loop as to timings. I can highly recommend.

I was recommended to use A2B by JWG in Heathfield (sadly no longer trading) as I was moving from Sussex to Northumberland and wanted to get my bikes safely moved, as our furniture was going into storage for a month, by people who care and know what they are doing. A2B certainly lived up to that, Mandy did exactly what she said and the driver rang me with an ETA for the collection and delivery. I would recomend them and use again if I had to move my bikes.

I purchased a bike from a guy in Bromsgrove and he recommended A2B as a convenient way to save a load of driving back and forth. The bike was collected as arranged, stored for a few days and then delivered on a day to suit me. Absolutely superb service and at a reasonable price. A chance encounter at Fleet Services on the M3 put me on to A2B Motorcycle Movers - and I am so glad! Moving from Kent to Scotland was a logistical challenge especially with 3 cars, a caravan, a trailer and two motorbikes. Using A2B to move the bikes took all the stress out of that element completely. Communications with Mandy were excellent throughout the entire process; Mac collected my bikes in a purpose built, well maintained transporter and they were stored securely over the weekend ready for delivery on Monday. Rob delivered the bikes exactly on time and helped my non-bike riding wife get them securely parked etc. Overall, outstanding customer service, great value and it's clear that Mac, Mandy and the team are bikers first and foremost. Bike was collected from Manchester and brought it to my address in Sandy, Bedfordshire. It was collected on 11th June and arrived first thing on 12th June. Spoke to Mandy re delivery times as had to collect grandson unexpectedly in middle of day. She arranged for delivery with Alex to be first thing. It wasn't a problem for them. Excellent, friendly communication from the office (Mandy) and the driver (Rob). My Triumph TR 6 was picked up exactly as arranged, carefully loaded and delivered the next day. Can't ask for more than that, I'd happily recommend and use again. They also took a small box of tools/spares for me.
