I first found and used A1 PC Services almost thirteen years ago now, and have always had very good polite and helpful advice and service, which being an old girl not knowing much about computers has and hopefully will be for many years on much appreciated and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, Thankyou for being there A1 PC Services.

I left an email explaining the difficultly my son was having upgrading his PC power supply as he thought he had done everything OK, however, it would not work. I asked if this was something that could be fixed, and for estimated cost. Within 15 minutes, Andrew provided a detailed response - with pictures! My son has now solved the problem and is extremely pleased. Andrew provided this information freely. How kind! Thank you so much, I would recommend AI, and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

As our Dell XP computer had become very noisy, being over ten years old, we asked Andrew Moyler of Al PC Services to obtain a new computer for us incorporating Windows 7. I contacted Andrew with an issue regarding accessing my work desktop that I could no longer log into from my home computer via remote access. Andrew was able to remotely access my PC and fix the problem which was due to viral issues. Computer was cleaned and was up and running to expected capacity very quickly at minimal cost. Andrew was very helpful and talked me through all issues on the phone. Friendly, efficient and effective service. Highly recommended.

Recent work was to uninstall (old) and reinstall an antivirus protection on three of our computers. In the past Andrew has worked on two other computers when there have been problems. I have found him polite, efficient, helpful and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Andrew has carried out a number of repairs and istallations on a number of machines for me at my home office. His work has always been good value and very efficient. I woudl have no problem recommending him to colleagues or friends.

What can I say about Andrew. Wonderful, polite, courteous, professional - definitely knows his stuff and has patience of a saint! Not so long ago I had need to call on another local computer 'expert' to sort some problems but everything seemed worse and another major problem appeared. Despite the tower being taken away, cleaned and diagnosed as nothing wrong. And you really don't want to know how much I paid for that diagnosis! I met Andrew by chance at the Aveley village Xmas fayre at his stall. I read all the reviews and testimonials alongside his promotional gear and was very impressed. He was warm and friendly, and did not make me feel at all intimidated with my lack of in depth computer knowledge, just plenty of reassurance that a problem can be solved. I first met Andrew Moyler at the end of 2008, when after the worse year of my life my very old computer had broken down and the first two people I had look at it hadn't a clue what was wrong, so I phoned Andrew and he quickly came to my rescue and after a long time working on it both at my house and his workshop he found out the problem which was going to be an expensive one to fix, so I decided to buy a new one which he helped me to buy, and he installed it and explained it all to me. Since then he has installed any upgrades etc I've wanted put on it the last being Wi Fi a couple of weeks ago, he is a very nice man who really knows his job, and he comes highly recommended by me. I found the company via the internet last year after my pc had failed, after investigation this turned out to be a motherboard. The new part was ordered fitted and tested and has worked fine since. I have used the company many times since and recommended them to friends as well. I found A1 to be very firendly and contactable at all times, i would highly recommend them.

He is very reliable and his one aim is to please customers and restore computers and printers to fully working order. I have used A1 PC twice and both times have been very good. Andrew Moyle has helped me when I had 259 viruses and I had been told that my PC was to bad to repair but Andrew seemed to perservere and eventually got me back on line which I was very grateful for.

A fantastic service! Andrew ensured i wasnt without my computer for more than 1 day, he took my old one away and within 24 hours it was returned to me in excellent condition, i would highly recommend A1 services.
