Hello we are A. T. S (Appliance Testing Service). We are a PA Testing (PAT) company that carries out test and inspections on all your appliances that have a plug. We have be trading as A. T. S (Appliance Testing Service) since October 2017.

Based in Chingford, London were we have most of our customers. We also have customers in Caravans sites along the coast of Hull.

I am mainly a sole trader but have the help for the bigger jobs, I have liability insurance and DBS also my PAT Certificate of Pass to prove competency these are available on request. Carry photo ID cards to prove who i/we are. We are always on time if not early.

We start with the plug by checking the inside and outside of the plug for any damage making sure no wires have come lose from the pins checking it also has the correct fuse and it fits together properly. We then check the electric cable for damage like exposed wires, this leads us to the appliance itself checking around the casing/mould for damage. Once this has been carried out we place the plug into a PAT machine, depending on the machine to see it the appliance PASSES or FAILS with this we place the right sticker on the plug or appliance. With the bigger jobs we like to place each appliances description into a PA Test log report book.
