Sandra, sleeve shortened and trousers tapered and I am very pleased with the result and with the courteous manner in which I was treated in the shop, the cost was very reasonable, I will most certainly use this shop again for any future alteration work that I may require.

I made a request for a quote for a rather complicated long men's coat using just some photos as a guide. Sandra was quick to respond with a reasonable quote. Sandra made the coat in 4 weeks, with one fitting. When I came to collect, there was a tiny alteration needing done, which she did in 2 hours at no extra charge and I could take it home the same day. The final item is extremely well made and matches the photos very accurately. Extremely pleased.

I was very disappointed with A. Sandra's professional tailoring. The quality of their service was poor, there was no attention to detail and the alterations were sloppy and uneven. To top it all off the customer service was bordering on rude. I will not go back there again and would not recommend anyone else to have this experience.
