Anthony did an excellent job in a short time frame, at a reasonable price on my Victorian property in St Leonards on Sea. I'm so pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending his services. I will be using him again.

Recent work completed by A Reid (in April 2015) - external paint refurbishment to terraced house in Upper Norwood. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short timescale, he was very efficient and professional and we are extremely pleased with the results. We would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again should we require any further property maintenance.

We commissioned Anthony to repaint the exterior woodwork and masonry of the 3-storey Victorian terrace in which we live. They'd previously done a similar job for our neighbours, and their quote was competitive. In the end, he and Errol were fantastic. They worked in all kinds of conditions (except rain obviously), and did a great job. Most of all, they were extremely friendly and courteous to have around - please pop back any time for a mint tea!

I hired Anthony and his team to paint the interior of our apartment. They were 100% responsive to our needs and did a great job! They kept the place clean and finished the job in just two days. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends.

Anthony painted our windows, filled cracks on the walls, replaced bottom parts of a rotten door to the garden and did some other minor works in our flat. We are extremely pleased with the windows as it was professionally done but a bit disappointed that the rest of the works were done with a rush.

Mr. Reid and his team have just re-plastered and decorated a sitting room for us in Clapham and we are absolutely delighted with the result. Mr. Reid quoted us a very fair price, completed on time ( in one week). His team were well presented and worked quickly and cleanly. We would very happily recommend them to anyone and would use them in future for any work needed on our property.

Anthony Reid quoted for a complete redecoration of our 1100 sq foot flat. The quote was promptly delivered and reasonably priced. Anthony was the only tradesman that came to quote for the job, that did exactly what he promised every time. Well mannered, polite, punctual and unlike so many others, contactable! Crucial when you live in another country! We had to leave the job early to go abroad but left the project in safe hands. Anthony Reid has done several jobs for me in a flat in Clapham including plumbing, electrical, general internal building works and decoration. He has been efficient, inventive,cooperative and it's all been of high quality. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Anthony Reid refitted my kitchen, bathroom and redone three of my bedrooms. I can't fault the work. He was punctual, efficient, always polite and very pleasant and the job was well done. It all looks fantastic. I'll definitely hire him again when we're ready to do my other rooms.

Have had 3 bathrooms flat in Thornton Heath which I had completely renovated last year. The original builders I used were clearly out of their depth and left the place in a real state. They walked out part way through leaving most jobs half finished. A Reid Building & Refurbishment were recommended to me by a friend. They have completely turned the job around and the flat now if finished to a high standard. They have many contacts in the trade World and were able to source materials at a really great price. They are knowledgeable, efficient and, above all, showing great care and attention to detail (incl clean work site at the end of each day! ). Anthony and his team are personally involved throughout the process. Any work required outside of the original estimate was costed in advance and I was given the opportunity to decide if I wanted the extra work completed, which helped with managing costs.
