At the start they sit down and listen to all your cleaning requirements for each room, make a list of rooms and tasks which they then put in a folder, which they leave with the customer, and tick off each time they come. They actively seek feedback and are keen to address any niggles that arise. The staff are helpful and friendly and very quick and hard working, they note in the folder start and end times and if you are not at home write messages if needed. I have communicated with the company via notes in the folder, by phone, text or email and they respond promptly. It feels as if they have read the manual on how to be a successful business and they are implementing it. Customer service is their number one priority.
