With a background as a performer and as a director for the charity Special Needs Childrens Carnivals - where she was responsible for booking artists - Carol brings valuable insight from both sides of the entertainment industry.

Her experience runs deep: she is a trained Business Enterprise Facilitator and the founder of the Stockton Music and Arts Collective (1990) and the Stockton Fringe Festival (1991). With decades of hands-on involvement in the world of entertainment, she understands exactly what it takes to match the right act to the right event.
